Student Disability Services

Troy University, under the guidelines of Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and Section 504 Rehabilitation Act of 1973, makes reasonable accommodations for documented physical and mental limitations of otherwise-qualified individuals with disabilities. To provide the best possible services to students, Troy University has designated Disability Services Coordinators on each campus as responsible parties for coordinating accommodations for persons with disabilities. For more information about physical access to building or grounds, academic or workplace accommodations, or other ADA related services, individuals should contact a Disability Services Coordinator on their campus of attendance.

Students must provide recent documentation of their disability from a qualified professional to determine eligibility for the program. The Disability Services Policy is contained in the policy section below.
